Welche Pflegegrade werden bei Allershausen Care aufgenommen?
Wir betreuen und pflegen Personen der Pflegegrade 1 bis 5.
Welche Unterlagen werden für die Aufnahme benötigt?
Für den Einzug benötigten wir einen ärztlichen Aufnahmebogen, einen ausgefüllten Biographie-Bogen sowie den aktuellen Bescheid über den Pflegegrad. Gegebenenfalls benötigen wir auch einen Betreuerausweis und die Patientenverfügung.
Dürfen eigene Möbel oder Haustiere mitgebracht werden?
Um die Privatsphäre zu wahren und das Einleben zu erleichtern, ist das Mitbringen eigener Möbel grundsätzlich möglich. Auch die Haltung von Haustieren ist nach vorheriger Absprache umsetzbar.
Haben Sie aktuell freie Pflegeplätze oder nehmen Sie Notfälle auf?
Aktuell sind bei uns leider alle Plätze belegt. Aufgrund der hohen Nachfrage können wir derzeit auch keine verbindlichen Zusagen für die nahe Zukunft machen. Eine kurzfristige Notfallaufnahme ist generell nur bei Vakanzen möglich, was wir im Moment aufgrund der Vollbelegung leider nicht berücksichtigen können.
Gibt es medizinische Ausschlusskriterien für eine Aufnahme?
Wir sind eine offene Einrichtung und auf die Betreuung von Menschen spezialisiert, die nicht hin- und weglaufgefährdet sind. Personen mit Beatmungspflicht, dem Bedarf an einer geschlossenen Unterbringung oder einem Bedarf an spezialisierter Suchtbetreuung können wir daher leider nicht aufnehmen.
Führen Sie eine Warteliste für interessierte Bewohner?
Ja, wir führen eine interne Warteliste. Da die Wartezeit stark von der aktuellen Fluktuation abhängt, empfehlen wir Interessenten, sich etwa alle drei bis vier Wochen telefonisch bei uns nach dem aktuellen Stand zu erkundigen.
Wie setzen sich die Kosten zusammen und werden Sozialhilfeempfänger aufgenommen?
Die Gesamtkosten für einen Platz setzen sich aus den Kosten für Pflege, Unterkunft, Verpflegung und den Investitionskosten zusammen. Der individuelle Eigenanteil variiert je nach Pflegegrad. Ein Einzug ist bei uns auch problemlos möglich, wenn die eigenen Mittel nicht ausreichen: Wir sind Vertragspartner der Sozialhilfeträger (wie z. B. dem Bezirk Oberbayern). Details besprechen wir gerne persönlich.

Welche Kosten oder Mindest-Abnahmemengen entstehen für meine Praxis?
Es entstehen keinerlei Kosten. Weder für die Nutzung der PC-Anwendung noch für die Bereitstellung der Geräte. Es gibt keine Mindest-Bestellmengen. Sie nutzen den Service der Somno GmbH genau dann, wenn Sie einen Patienten mit Verdacht auf Schlafapnoe haben.
Wie wird die Leistung abgerechnet und erhalte ich als Arzt eine Vergütung?
Ja, die Abrechnung erfolgt ganz normal als kassenärztliche Leistung (z. B. nach EBM 30900). Da Sie die medizinische Indikation stellen und den finalen Befund auswerten, erhalten Sie die entsprechende Vergütung von der Krankenkasse. Die Somno GmbH finanziert sich rein als technischer Dienstleister im Hintergrund.
